Swansea Spotlight Collaborations
At Swansea Spotlight, we have some extremely exciting projects in the pipeline which will bring value to Swansea and our members. Most of these opportunities are exclusive for members only, giving you access to unique ways to collaborate and grow your business.

Business Listing on Website
Your business will have a dedicated listing on our website swanseaspotlight.co.uk –
Your listing will include all relevant details about your business (opening hours,
location, prices etc)
There will also will be additional media such as images/ videos of your business with
links to your website and social media accounts.
This will benefit your business in multiple ways:
- Improved ranking in Google search results
- Increase in potential paying customers

Social Media Features
As a member, your events and live music can be featured in our weekly Live Music and Events posts, we just ask that you send us any details at least a week before hand.
For other posts, such as Must-Visit Food Spots or Service Spotlights, we rotate through all of members, giving everyone a chance to be in ‘The Spotlight’. If you know a certain week will be most impactful, feel free to secure that specific week (e.g you have a new menu launch).
We also recommend tagging us in your posts and stories so we can repost them where possible.

Included In Blogs On Website

1x FREE filmed & edited video
As a new member, you’ll receive one free filmed and edited video showcasing your business. This is the same style of video we post on our Instagram page, designed to highlight what makes your business unique.
Once your video is ready, we’ll collaborate on the post so it appears on both our profile and yours, maximizing exposure. On average, these videos receive over 10,000 views, making them an excellent way to reach new customers.
We will leave it down to you to reach out, when you think a video would best suit you.
After your initial free video, any additional videos going forwards will cost.
Annual Members Meeting
Every year, we will host an Annual Members Meeting to bring our community together. It’s a chance to connect with other members, share ideas, and hear about Swansea Spotlight’s plans for the future.
We’ll update you on what we’ve achieved over the year and outline exciting projects we’re working on for the year ahead. It’s also an opportunity to network with other local businesses and strengthen the community we’re building together.

We have 2 main broadcast channels via WhatsApp. Our ‘’Community’ chat & ‘Announcements’ chat.
Our ‘Community’ chat will be open for all members to message in. What to expect in this chat:

- Share thoughts, tips and feedback to other members
- Ask for feedback or advice from other members

Our ‘Announcements’ chat will be for only us to message in. What to expect in this chat:

What We Need From You
To make the most of your membership, we ask for a little help from you:
- Tag us in your relevant posts and stories so we can reshare them. This ensures your business gets the visibility it deserves.
- Provide us with details for the weekly Live Music or Events posts at least a week in advance.
- Complete the website information form so we can set up the best possible business listing for your business
By working together, we can ensure your membership runs smoothly.
Membership Billing Process
Your membership is £15/ month (Early Bird rate)
We appreciate you putting your trust in us as we launch our ‘Early Bird’ membership. You will hold your ‘Early Bird’ membership for 12 months until pricing goes to standard rate which is currently £25/ month.
Payments are handled via direct debit through Stripe and will be processed on the 1st of every month. To avoid disrupted access to membership benefits, please make sure there are sufficient funds in your account on this date.
To set up your direct debit, we will send you a form to fill out so we can set up your direct debit for the 1st of the following month. As well as this form, we will also send the minimum term of 12 weeks contract for you to sign and the website information form to fill out.

Spread The Word And Save
As a valued member of the Swansea Spotlight community, you can save even more by referring others to join us!
For each new member you refer, you’ll receive 50% off your membership for the next three months. To receive your referral discount, the business you refer must contact us via Instagram (@Swanseaspotlight) or email (info@swanseaspotlight.co.uk) and mention that you referred them.
New sign-ups will enjoy an introductory rate of £15/month for their first 3 months, then transition to the standard rate of £25/month.
