Hours: Full-time
Pay: £13ph

The Gower Deli is looking for an experienced Barista & Supervisor to join our friendly, independent deli and café.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee
Deliver excellent customer service
Supervise and support the team during shifts
Open/close the deli when required
Create and post simple social media content to promote the deli
Assist with stock control, ordering, and deliveries
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and high standards
About You:
Proven barista experience (essential)
Supervisory or team-leading experience (preferred)
Confident using social media for business promotion
A forward thinker who can bring ideas to the deli (e.g. seasonal promotions)
Reliable, organised, and customer-focused
