16 July 2024 Don’t miss this fantastic opportunity to see the Mid and West Wales (Six Counties) Youth Orchestra 2024. The Six Counties’ ensembles draw on pupils from the authorities in the Mid and West Wales region: Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot, Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Powys. Historically, courses have been held on a residential basis and concerts have taken place at a variety of venues across Wales. This year the concert is being held at the Brangwyn Hall, Swansea and will be conducted by Roger Clarkson, a highly experienced conductor who has spent his career working in children’s music education.
