Qualifications
Level 2 hygiene rating
Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting – vital
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
