| We’re looking for a confident, organised Team Lead to help run daily operations at Hello Asia, Swansea’s most loved Asian café & convenience store.
You’ll be the go-to person on shift — supporting staff, keeping service running smoothly, and making sure our customers have the best possible experience. What you’ll do: Oversee daily operations during your shift and ensure everything runs efficiently Support and motivate the team on the shop floor Handle cashing up, deliveries, stock checks, and opening/closing duties Provide excellent customer service and help maintain our fun, friendly vibe Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are always met Work closely with the management team to implement promotions and improvements What we’re looking for: Previous experience in retail, café, or hospitality management (supervisor/team leader level preferred) Great communication skills and a positive attitude Reliable, proactive, and able to stay calm under pressure Organised with good attention to detail Barista or coffee experience is a bonus — but not essential (we’ll happily train you!) |
